Worldventures Lawsuit

There is a lot of controversy out there about the lawsuit that happened with Worldventures and one of their top reps Steve Little. Steve Little sued Worldventures and Worldventures counter sued Steve Little. I suppose first you have to start with why Worldventures would let one of there top earners go. Seems to me like that’s not something I would want to do if I were in Worldventures shoes. A top earner gives great motivation to the companies reps. They allow them to see that high levels of success are possible and attainable. Not only that but when you have a top earner you probably have other top reps that believe in that top earner and if he were to leave they might want to leave to. I could almost say with the up-most certainty that Worldventures letting go of a top earner like Steve Little brought a ripple effect to other reps because top earners have a lot of influence in a network marketing company. Really any top people in a company have influence on other company workers/representatives in any industry. So it just seems obvious that it’s not in the best interest of Worldventures to let go of Steve Little unless they absolutely have to would’t you agree. Not only that but you see all of the bad press out there and can only imagine the influence that has on potential new reps or again people who already are reps and start to read this stuff (your here reading about it right now for one reason or another arn’t you?). Wouldn’t you agree that you would try to avoid this situation at all cost if you were Worldventures? So back to the original question why did it happen why did Worldventures have to let go of Steve little?

When Worldventures let go of Steve Little they sent this out to all of their reps.

WorldVentures Family,

This is a quick note to share with you that an email went out to the field today announcing the termination of a top income earner in WorldVentures. As you are aware, this pertains to Steve Little, and we want you to feel free to acknowledge this when asked. Customer Service also has this information and, if asked, will confirm the permanent dismissal of Steve Little. WorldVentures’ policy, in cases such as this, is to merely state the facts.

We are also aware of the rumors that Steve elected to leave WorldVentures voluntarily and has joined another company. While Steve is active in another network marketing company, please know that Steve was terminated for serious violations of WorldVentures’ policies and procedures.

Each of you is highly regarded and greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please email eteam@worldventures.com. We look forward to seeing you soon!

WorldVentures Family,
It is with a heavy but decisive heart that we inform you we have recently terminated one of our top income earners for gross violations of policies and procedures. This decision was obviously not taken lightly and was painstakingly evaluated after thorough investigation. We have shared our concerns and the decision with your PAC and key leadership, in an effort to bring clarity and consensus to the process, and have received 100 percent alignment in this decision.
Because it is of primary importance to “Protect this House,” protect our Reps and ensure the longevity of our company, termination was found to be not only necessary, but also the sole responsible course of action. Although it is never easy to lose a team member who has stood as a leader within our ranks, you should feel confident and secure knowing that no violation of WorldVentures’ policies and procedures goes unaddressed when discovered, regardless of rank, seniority or source.
We move forward, resolute and unwavering in our commitment to you, the members of WorldVentures, in supporting your success and will continue to protect you and your team’s business and sharing of the WorldVentures dream.

All of this doesent really seem like the positive exciting news I would want to send out to my companies reps. I would think there would be a lot of questions as to why this happened which is exactly what happened. Not very motivational but below you can get a glimps as to why Worldventures had to make that tough descion. What would you do in that situation?

WorldVentures Top Earner Steve J Little (Est. $1 million a year) and his wife, Leigh, have filed a Law suit against WorldVentures Marketing and founders Wayne Nugent and Michael Azcue (CEO).

The case will be held in Texas, USA in the 401 District Court for judge Mark Rusch, Case Number 401-02470-2011.

Steve Little is accused by WorldVentures of  Selling investments to his downline, and losing their money, as cross recruiting, now he seems to hits back.

The court case details (Case Number 401-02470-2011) can be found here:

You can see a rep even asking questions about it to Worldventures on Facebook HERE. Now I don’t no about you but it doesn’t exactly seem like the publicity I would want for my business unless it was absolutely necessary I had to go trough with it. And from the information gathered it seems like Worldventures letting go of Steve little was the only option they had left and must have been prepared to take all the negative press now out there because of it and negatively influencing potential new reps and old ones to do the right thing. Would you want Worldventures or any company to make the right decision to let go of a top rep like Steve Little because it was the right thing even though the outcome would be all this negative press putting a negative influence on others out there?

Now lets look at it in Steve Little’s point of view this happened about three years ago and people are still talking about it. Obviously once something goes on the internet it’s there to stay. How come Steve isn’t out there commenting on any of these things being talked about today either to clarify these reports for other reps or to make them right? If I was making the type of money Steve Little was and all of the sudden just got let go for no apparent reason I would definitely not be a happy camper and I’m sure you wouldn’t be either. And since marketing is what I was good at I would do anything I could to get the truth out there including putting the whole story up on the internet for the world to see so that they could make more informed decisions. Yet… it’s not? Actually you can see Steve little is on the internet and completely happy! Check out his website HERE! You can see that there is not even a single mention of Worldventures on the whole site. He mentions his experience with Primerica and how successful he was their as well as how many people he recruited. Also talks about how he is looking to team up with new entrepreneurial minded people looking to be successful to mentor. Not exactly the type of website I would be making if I was wronged… Would you? Now you could say well he did it for a 1.2 million dollar pay out for the next five years from Worldventures as some people mention in other blogs in comments. BUT… Steve Little himself says that he has been making over $100,000 since he was 22 and a 7 figure income earner in network marketing for a long time. So to me it seems like he has money to me? So if you have been making that type of money for that long would money be more important then getting the truth out there to protect others? Especially if you really were wronged wouldn’t you be able to sue for so much more? Just think about the investments people make when making money like that aswell so there money continues to grow for long term security. Doesn’t that make the truth much more important especially if your still looking to help others succeed in similar businesses. What kind of integrity is that? And would you want to work with a guy that took a pay off even though he was wronged by Worldventures knowing others would join Worldventures putting their own investments into it (time, Money, etc) when your looking to work with those same type of people trying to achieve success and a better life?

You need to make your own conclusion but for me it seems pretty easy. Worldventures didn’t do anything but try to protect the company and others who are building it with them for the best interest of everyone. No matter how tough the decision and all the negative press and influence it has right is right and its great to know that’s the type of company Worldventures is! If you don’t think so let me know how you feel and what you think below.
